A Journey Through Energy

My journey began as a chemical engineer where I found my passion in the energy industry, specifically the fascinating world of liquefied natural gas (LNG). I worked at the Egyptian LNG terminal, immersing myself in the knowledge of gas processing and liquefaction.
Drawn to the allure of new challenges, I joined Angola LNG where I continued my work in the LNG sector. My experiences in these diverse environments not only deepened my technical expertise but also ignited a curiosity for the broader energy landscape.
While my career was rooted in engineering, I found myself increasingly drawn to the numbers and patterns that underpinned the industry. Even amidst the technical complexities, I reveled in the thrill of data analysis, searching for hidden insights and trends. It was like solving a complex puzzle, and the satisfaction of finding that perfect piece was unparalleled.
This passion for data analysis led me back to academia. Seeking to expand my knowledge beyond the technical aspects of energy, I pursued a master's degree in energy engineering & economics at TU Berlin. There, I delved into energy markets and systems, exploring advanced data modeling and analysis techniques. It was during this time that I truly discovered my passion: data analytics.
With a newfound appreciation for the power of data, I embarked on a new chapter in my career, transitioning from energy engineering to energy analysis.
